The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
During the order processing time, we carry out several administrative procedures which include: order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and local shipping service process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.
This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. We prioritize the use of ePacket for shipping every order to countries that have been supported by the service.
US Order and Delivery
To ensure the best product quality, we select diverse suppliers for each product item, according to their competitive advantage. This makes the order and delivery system a challenge in itself.
In case where warehouses and inventory are in the United States, we use local shipping service to deliver your order, which makes delivery time much faster. In case the inventory is outside the United States, orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 20 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
Return & Refund Policy
- You have 7 days to contact us and 30 days to return it from the date it was received. If the item is in your possession for more than 7 days, it is considered used and we will not issue a refund or replacement. Shipping cost is bear by both seller and buyer in half.
- All returned items MUST BE in the original packaging and you should provide us with the shipping tracking number, and your specific reason for the return.
- We will refund YOUR FULL WINNING BID AMOUNT, upon receipt of the item in its original condition and packaging with all components and accessories included, OR, you may choose to have a replacement.

1) Customers ordered wrong products.
2) Products damaged artificially or intentionally by clients
3) Parts missing by clients
